Download and complete our Release of Liability prior to arrival using an online document service such as docusign, dochub, or google documents. Or print the Release of Liability, sign it, and bring it with you. Even if you forget, we will have fresh copies at each event.

Reply to your order confirmation with the completed forms or email directly to info@advmotopros.com.

Participants with incomplete Release of Liability forms will not be admitted and event registration may be subject to cancellation.
